Dell introduces three new Vostro laptops

Dell released its latest series of laptops for the business market, with Ivy Bridge processors on board, ge lwa site. The laptops are in the budget and are configurable with three beeldschermdiagonalen, 13″, 14″ and 15″.

The smallest laptop, the Vostro 3360 13.3″screen, is a little less than two inches thick and comes standard with a 320GB hard disk. The compact laptop can also be equipped with a 500GB hard drive combined with a 32GB ssd for caching. The processor in the 3360 is either a Sandy or Ivy Bridge processor and standard 4GB of memory included. A dvd burner is not present, which is in the two larger variants; a card reader, and three usb 3.0 ports are built in.

The 14″model is the Vostro 3460 and 3560 have a 15″monitor. Only the last is available immediately and can be equipped with a full-hd display as an alternative to the panel with a native resolution of 1366×768 pixels, the 13.3″ and 14″models have in common. Also, the two larger laptops, instead of the standard 320GB drive, be equipped with a 500 or 750GB drive with ssd cache. Further the 14″ and 15,6″laptops have a separate video card to be provided for, respectively, a Radeon HD 7670M and Nvidia GT 630M, each with 1GB of video memory.

The laptops are equipped with a webcam for videoconferencing, a fingerprint reader with security software, Windows Home Premium or Professional, and gigabitnetwerkfunctionaliteit. The two smaller variants can have an lte modem built-in. Dell offers encryption and security software to provide access to its onlinebackupdiensten. The largest 15,6″-Vostro, the 3560 is directly through Dell to order, starting from 499 euro. On the 3360 and 3460 have until 21 June to wait; the prices of these laptops start at, respectively, 599 and 579 euros. All the Vostro prices are exclusive of vat.
