Ziggo increases at the end of march the speed of its internet subscriptions Z1 and Z3. The basic subscription will get a snelheidsverdubbeling. Previously the speeds of other subscriptions increased, but it continued to Z1 and Z3 outside shot.
Ziggo has in the past months, various speed boosts made, but seemed mainly to focus on its triple-play packages. The Z2-subscription received in the summer of last year, an increase in speed, at the same time, with two All-in-one subscriptions. The last time the kabelaar however, its ‘bare’ internet subscriptions Z1 and Z3 in speed increased, almost two years ago.
At 30 march, Ziggo subscribers with a Z1 or Z3 subscription with a faster connection, reports the company on Twitter. The speed of Z1 is increased by 5/0,5 Mbps, to down – and upload speed, respectively 8 and 1Mbps. In the autumn follows for this subscription, an increase of up to 10Mbps. The Z3-subscription increases of 50/5Mbps to 80/8Mbps.
In addition to Z1 and Z3 is also the speed of All-in-1 Plus increased. This package of 40/4 mbps to 50/5Mbps.
