Now, it is not available in all countries to the beta version of the Chrome browser from the Market to download. So it seems the Dutch user not to be allowed to take the software from the Market to install, and all this according to Google Benelux within a few days should be possible. Until that time, it is just as possible to get the app to sideload a apk file directly on an Android phone. At XDA-Developers is a .apk uploaded.
