Ghost Recon: Future Soldier appears on the 24th of may

Ubisoft has announced that shooting game Tom Clancy’s Ghost Recon: Future Soldier on may 24 in the shops. The pc version will appear later than the consoleversies, what is usual for games of Ubisoft.

The release date of may 24, only applies to the Xbox 360 and PlayStation 3 versions of Ghost Recon: Future Soldier. Ubisoft made Tuesday announced that pc gamers, as in several previously published Ubisoft-games, have to wait longer on the game. The French publisher has communicated the date for the pc version of the tactical shooter.

Tom Clancy’s Ghost Recon: Future Soldier is several times delay plagued. The game was originally planned for release in the autumn of 2010, but was by Ubisoft for unknown reasons, rolled over. In October last year, Ubisoft that the game in march would appear, but this date was not possible.

A possible explanation for the delay of the release date is that Ubisoft is worried about the criticism that several journalists in an early stage of the game. Previously led such criticism meant that Splinter Cell: Conviction, was sent back to the drawing board.

In Ghost Recon: Future Soldier allows the player control over a team of Ghost-soldiers, which are equipped with advanced technical gadgets. For example, the soldiers are stealth moving forward and they are assisted by various augmented reality tools. Future Soldier will also be a multiplayer mode and co-operative playable with four players.
