At least one dead in the collapse of English power plant
From unknown cause in England a decommissioned power plant collapsed. A man was killed, at least five were injured.
The police have the area around the power plant to shut off
As the fire Department announced that three more people missing. Rescue teams and two helicopters were in use. Why, a considerable part of the former coal-fired power plant Didcot A in the County of Oxfordshire, West of London, which collapsed, is so far unclear.

A spokesman for the GMB assumed that workers are two boilers for the demolition of prepared had and this is the reason for the misfortune.

In the summer of 2014 were the cooling towers, for decades a landmark in the city had been blown up. According to RWE npower want to Didcot A this year to be completely demolished.
