LG has a new phone to its range added. The Optimus Sol is 9.8 mm thick and features an ‘Ultra Amoled’display with a diagonal of 3.8 inches. According to the manufacturer, the unit will in mid-september and released in Europe.
The Sol has an unnamed processor with a clock speed of 1GHz; this is the Texas Instruments Omap3630-singlecore. The smartphone features a 5-megapixel camera and support for dlna and bluetooth alternative, Wi-fi Direct.
According to LG, the battery time to go prediction is stretched by the use of ‘Dark UI’, which the interface less white is used and amoled consume less energy when displaying black.
