The AMD Athlon II X4 631, as the latest quadcore from AMD stole his full name is, is on 32nm produced. The apu’s have a Radeon HD6550 or HD6530 with clock speed respectively 600MHz and 443MHz on board. The tdp of the three apu’s is 65W and the prices of 89, 109 and 129 dollars.
