Samsung has four series of business monitors its portfolio added. The Korean company comes up with displays with beelddiagonalen from 19 to 27 inches. A number of the screens should have this month come on the market.
Samsung has four series of led-backlit displays announced, with a total of thirteen scenes, to its range of business displays to expand. The screens are generally of a matte, thin bezel. The new instapserie is the 200-series. These displays get a tn-panel with a diagonal screen size of 19 and 21.5 inches, with resolutions of, respectively, 1440×900 and 1920×1080 pixels. A thin, matte edge framed the screen, and the operation is via touch sensitive buttons.
The 450 series is also a tn panel feature and is just like the 200-series from the end of June available. The displays are available in four sizes. The 19″model has a resolution of 1280×1024 or 1440×900 pixels. The 21,5″model has a full hd resolution of 1920×1080 pixels, while the 22″model, with 1680×1050 pixels should do. The largest display out of the 450-series measures 24 inches and has a 16:9 resolution of 1920×1080 pixels, or a 16:10 aspect ratio with 1920×1200 pixels.
The slightly more luxurious 650-series is not a tn, but of a mva-panel. The displays may also be adjusted in height and tilted. All three of the displays of the series have a resolution of 1920×1080 pixels; the beelddiagonalen are to 21.5, 24 and 27 inches. To save energy, the screens of a proximity and light sensor. So is the screen off if there is no one for sitting and the brightness is automatically adapted.
The top model, the 850-series, it has the same sensors as the 650 series and up, just as the 650-series, in July available. The screen is a tad better and is a pls panel with beelddiagonalen of 24 and 27 inches. The pls technology is Samsung’s variation on ips-panels and is also a large viewing angle and good color reproduction. The resolution of the 24″model is 1920×1080 pixels, while the 27″model over 2560×1440 pixels. Prices are not yet known.
