Apple expands complaint against Samsung with Galaxy S II

Apple has its complaint against Samsung expanded with more indictments and more ‘copied’ devices. Where Apple are arrows first focused on Galaxy S variants, is now also the Galaxy S II is involved in the indictment of Apple.

Apple accuses Samsung of it ‘more than other manufacturers’ to have contravened the patents of Apple, including in the field of design. The indictment this week further tightened and extended with several new patents, writes patentspecialist Florian Mueller after analysis of the indictment.
