Microsoft tool need to porting Android apps to the WP7 accelerate

Microsoft has software and documentation is released that the Android developers will make it easy for their applications to Windows Phone 7 to convert. The software helps to find alternatives to Android apis.

It comes to an online API Mapping tool and a ninety-page white paper in which the developers explained how they are on the best way applications for Microsoft’s mobile OS can write to.

The tool is a tool that enables developers to the Windows Phone 7 equivalent of certain Android api components to be able to search. The tool supports Android api from version 2.3, and links these to the Windows Phone 7-api from the current version of that OS. Support for the new Mango update it should this summer be added.

The ninety-page white paper aims to developers in seven chapters to explain how applications for Windows Phone 7 the best constructed and written. The document focuses in on the Metro interface, but also on the C#programming language.

Microsoft gave earlier for the same set of tools and documentation for iOS. Lets hope the software giant that more manufacturers in addition to Android and iOS also Windows Phone 7 versions of their applications development.
