Through my work I was able to advantageous a Surface RT purchase. Shortly afterwards appeared the surface 2. Hence, the price for the RT is lowered. At the time it was a great tablet. I used the thing almost every day, especially for work (Teacher in a ROC). However, I was still against the limitations of the RT. So you could only use Internet Explorer, which isn’t very stable in my opinion. Moreover, it was internet Explorer very slow, especially if you want to go back to the previous page. Ok, lwa, there is a possibility of some vague Chinese browser to install, but if you really want to…. And, of course, Windows RT. The number of really useful apps for me was not really big, and install other programs didn’t.
Over the past weeks, regularly looked for a successor. Surface 3 or Surface pro 3? I was both very impressed. But there was obviously a considerable price difference.
Finally, I have opted for the surface 3. With 4gig of ram and 64 gig of storage, the Type cover and the pen.
What a relief compared to the RT. The display is nicer. The 3:2 ratio is really very, very fine. But what good is Windows 10. This works very well. Both in desktop mode and in tablet mode. The conversion goes fine. As soon as I get the keyboard remove switch the tablet automatically in tablet mode.
I work now for 1 1/2 week with this surface 3 and am really happy with it. Especially because I have chosen for the surface 3, and not for the pro version. Ok lwa, the pro has a larger screen, and also much better specs. But I have the thing not purchased as desktopvervanger. I just need to surf the internet, Office use and the occasional fun simple game to play. the rest I do at home on the desktop pc. in addition, it is important that I very easy to carry in my bag. Previously I used next to the Surface RT is still an android tablet, which was home to just more comfortable. But I have now to my mother. What I considered to be a very pleasant experience is the normal usb connection. I work regularly with usb drives, and then end with an adapter plug is not really pleasant.
