Apple: we can no longer passcodes bypass

Different than in previous iOS versions, Apple the passcode of an iPhone or iPad with iOS 8 no longer work. This allows the company to the law enforcement agencies no longer request access to confiscated iPhones.

Until now, Apple investigation and security services, to assist when they can access requested to a confiscated iPhone. In the case of iPads and iPhones with iOS 8, the company will no longer do, because it is that in his own words simply can’t. It is unknown whether Apple’s decision to allow the encryption in iOS 8 to take, so that the government there is less easy to get at, is a result of the NSA revelations of Edward Snowden. The company emphasises, in any case, it is never a backdoor in a product or service has built for a government, and that it also never will do. The company was however accused.

IOS 8 is since Wednesday night to download and offers users a new notificatiecentrum with interactive notificiaties. Also has iOS 8 a tool board, of Health, that allows users to data on their health track.
