Not Asus, but HTC is working on the new Nexus tablet from Google. That claims Digitimes Monday on the basis of unnamed sources. The new tablet would be in the third quarter of this year should appear.
If HTC’s new Nexus tablet manufacture, then that would be the first since the Taiwanese manufacturer in 2011 two tablets put on the market. The Flyer 7-inch and Jetstream 10-inch were in spite of moderately positive reviews, no success on the Dutch market.
The current Nexus 7 of Google dates back from July of last year. Google developed together with Asus’s tiny 7″tablet with high-end hardware and a midrange price. The small tablet was, like his predecessor, that Asus was built to be a success in the Netherlands.
