Lenovo introduces small Flex-laptop with rotating screen

Lenovo has a new laptop in the Flex-series released. The Flex 10 has a 10.1″screen with a resolution of 1366×768 pixels and the processor is a Intel Celeron or Pentium based on the Bay Trail platform. The screen is partly to clap.

Following In the footsteps of the successful Yoga-concept, in which the display of a laptop entirely is to flip the tablet mode, brought Lenovo in september affordable Flex models. With these 14″ and 15″laptops could the screen 300 degrees to be tilted for bevel use the touch screen. Now, Lenovo has also a 10.1″model in the Flex-series released.

The Flex 10 has a thickness of 21mm and a weight of 1.2 kg. Lenovo provides the model with a Pentium N3510 or Celeron N2910-quad-core or Celeron N2810 or N2805-dualcore. All of these models are the energy efficient Bay Trail platform based. Furthermore, there is a maximum of 4GB ddr3 and 500GB storage space available.

By default, the Flex a driecellige battery that allows the device an average of four hours would hold out. Also there is a usb 3.0 and a 2.0 port, hdmi, and support for bluetooth 4.0 and wifi-n. The housing is almost identical to that of the IdeaPad A10, which, however, Android in place of Windows 8.1 is running. The price of the laptop is officially not yet disclosed, but various media to speak of $ 500.
