Asus announces Windows 8 tablets with Tegra 3 and Intel Atom at

Asus has a press conference two new tablets announced that both Windows 8 turn: the 11.6″Tablet 810 Intel Atom cpu and a 10.1″Tablet 600 Tegra 3 chip. For both tablets comes an optional keyboard dock.

The Tablet 600 is powered by a quad-core-Tegra 3-chip, has 2GB of memory and 64GB storage capacity. The 600 runs Windows RT, the version of Windows 8 specifically for ARM chips is made, and it is the first RT device, which, until now, has been announced. The display includes a bright Super IPS+panel; Asus used this type of screen in the Transformer Prime. The resolution is 1366×768 pixels. The device is 8,35 mm thick and weighs 520 grams.

Asus announced the Tablet 810, a larger an 11.6″model that is driven by a next generation Atom processor from Intel. Probably indicates Asus on the Clover Trail platform. The tablet has 2GB of memory and 64GB of storage. Also this tablet does Asus use a Super IPS+display with a resolution of 1366×768 pixels.
