An early version of the shooter game Gears of War 3 since last weekend to download. Microsoft’s game leaked out, then there are several movies of the single – player and multiplayer mode on YouTube appeared as evidence for the leak.
The leaked version of Gears of War 3 was noticed by users on the forum NeoGAF. According to the users, it is a very early version of the game, which is still a lot of bugs and is not stable. Nevertheless, all single – player and multiplayercomponenten of the game are already present. The topicstarter on NeoGAF warns for spoilers in the YouTube published video’s.
The leaked version is a so-called ‘developers build’, which means that a special Xbox 360 console is required for the game to play. Previously licked other great shooters like Call of Duty: Modern Warfare 2, Killzone 3 and Crysis 2 in a similar manner.
Microsoft and ontwikkelstudio Epic Games to warn fans of Gears of War that the leaked version is not representative of the final product. “We have the Gears of War 3 content on the web seen and work together with security and our legal department in order to solve the problem,” said Epic Games at Eurogamer. Gears of War 3 appears worldwide on 20 september 2011, for the time being, exclusively for the Xbox 360.
