AMD's new desktop platform with Ryzen 7000 (test) and AM5 mainboards has a hard time against Intel's fast Raptor Lake CPUs, which also work with cheaper mainboards with DDR4. Apparently people are now reacting and turning the price screw. All Ryzen 7000 are now significantly cheaper.

With the new prices, AMD's AM5 platform is becoming more attractive again, especially since the mainboards have now fallen slightly in price and there are at least a few models for less than 200 euros.
However, Intel's Core i-13000 (test) has become a bit cheaper in the past few days. The Core i9-13900K currently costs at least 730 euros, the Core i7-13700K costs 465 euros and the Core i5-13600K is available from 365 euros.
