Höganäshem's area Hjalmarsfält gets terraced houses – now construction starts
On Friday, the first sod was laid on Höganäshem's construction of 11 terraced houses on two floors. The project is part of the public utility's investment in developing cheaper rental apartments. In a year, the townhouses will be ready.

They received a government grant from the National Board of Housing, Building and Planning for their investment and the owner, Höganäs municipality, slashed eight million.
