Google promises no ads on Nest, and Glass to show

Google will not show ads on the Google Glass and Nest products. That the company has let know to VentureBeat. Wednesday came a letter from 2013 in which the company is the ability for ads on thermostats, and Glass called.

The letter, which Wednesday appeared, describes the future vision of the company as regards the display of advertisements. Mentioned was that Google, but also other companies, in the future, may serve ads on devices like thermostats, fridges and glasses display. Google now says opposite VentureBeat that the letter is no indication would give of developments with regard to the products of the company.

Nest, that two months after the sending of the alleged letter by Google was taken over, according to Google, never a platform that is suited for ads. The internetgigant would also never have plans to run ads on the show. This denial does not preclude, however, that Google data acquired by, for example, thermostats, however, are going to owners in other places targeted ads. Google VentureBeat further know that it is currently with the U.s. Securities and Exchange Commission is doing to the language in the letter, which in 2013 sent, to clarify.

If the Google ads on devices like refrigerators and thermostats to show, it would probably first occur to the devices of the Nest. That company received after its creation quickly well-known by its self-learning thermostat with a striking design and the ability to control via a smartphone app.
