Facebook provides an update of the Android app that lets users automatically share photos to upload. After Google+ and Dropbox is Facebook the third commonly used service this functionality in its Android app.

Uploading come photos will automatically go in a “Synced from Phone” folder, where only the user itself can. Then the pictures from it are posted, as is evident from the faq of the function at the site of Facebook. The function is not on by default, but must be through an institution to be activated.

The functionality only seems to work in the Android version of the app, while last month an iOS version of the app came out. The ability to take pictures automatically upload it is also in Google+ and Dropbox, while Apple also offers with his PhotoStream. It is unclear if the Facebook pictures are automatically downsizes, as with many mobile photographs happens.
