HTC will reportedly in the autumn a new budgettoestel on Android release. Probably the device as the successor of the One V and it has, among other things, a faster processor and a 4″screen.
The device, codenamed Proto, is, according to The Verge, based on a Qualcomm MSM8225 processor. That features two Cortex A5 cores at a clock speed of 1GHz and is regarded as a budget soc in the S4 series Qualcomm. According to The Verge wants to HTC the device is in the autumn release, but details about the price are missing as yet. It is likely that the Proto the One V should follow, which has comparable specifications, but it must be set with a single-core processor and a slightly smaller screen.
Just like the One V device features 4GB storage memory and 512MB of ram. Also the 5-megapixel camera on the Proto seems to be the same as the One V. According to The Verge, it is not yet known whether or not the Proto in the One-series is released. Previous month, even if details about an HTC device codenamed Proto, giving a number of specifications, such as the 4″screen with resolution of 800×480 pixels, were already known. When it was stated that it is a Android-smartphone in the older Desire-series.
HTC revamped this year, its smartphone line with the One series, the One X is the flagship model. In the Desire series this year came the Desire C, which is about a 3.5″screen, where HTC an outdated 600MHz processor from Qualcomm has built in.
