Pc version Driver: San Francisco for four weeks delayed

Ubisoft has for an unknown reason the pc version of Driver: San Francisco is postponed to the end of september. Also made the speluitgever known no demo on the pc, on the PS3 and the Xbox 360 is to download.

The pc version of Driver: San Francisco is postponed, reports Bluesnews. The racing game would be on 6 september in the American stores, but has been delayed to september 27. The Mac OS X version would appear at the same time, but also this release is suspended until a yet unknown date.

Ubisoft the Netherlands, confirmed on inquiry by Tweakers.net that the pc version of the new Driver game later in the shops. In the Netherlands, was the release of the game scheduled on 2 september, but this has been postponed to 29 september. Ubisoft did not comment on the exact reason of the delay.

Ubisoft also announced that it does not intend to be a demo on the pc to bring out the new Driver game. On the PlayStation 3 and Xbox 360 the demo will now download.

It is not the first time Ubisoft is a multiplatform game announced with a simultaneous release for all platforms, including the pc version of the game, eventually it will appear later than on the PlayStation 3 or Xbox 360. This happened among other things with the Assassin’s Creed games.
