Under tweakers wants a majority of 62 per cent of Vodafone’s customers to switch. Of the people who remain, says only 22% have a Smart plan with few voice minutes and much data to go close.

About two-thirds of the people who says at Vodafone to continue, choose a cheaper plan with less minutes and data. This is evident from a sample of 350 visitors of Tweakers.net. Especially the cheapest new Bel+SMS+Web subscriptions are in demand. None of the respondents say that they are a more expensive variant of the Smart-subscriptions.

The percentage of customers that says about the steps is with 62 percent which is considerably lower than the 84 percent of KPN-customers that says way to go. Probably it is because this group at the time of the survey, the new Vodafone tariffs are not yet known to us, while Vodafone customers during the investigation, the new TELECOM prices, however, had heard of it.

The research is in recent days carried out among Tweakers.net-visitors that are customers of Vodafone. The overload led shows considerably higher than among the average smartphonegebruiker. Where, on average, two-thirds of Vodafone’s customers with a smartphone enough turns out to have 250MB per month, shows that among the respondents that up to 20 percent. Here are the people who say ‘no idea’ how much data they consume, are taken into account. Approximately 17 percent used more than 1GB per month; Vodafone customers found that around 5 percent.
