Samsung would be rumored to be working on its own gpu as part of a smartphone soc. This would be in mid-2015 should be ready, and will probably be putting in an appearance in the Exynos-soc’s of the company.

The rumors are coming from the Korean branch of Zdnet, which is known to sources within Samsung.
