Domestic. A woman in Heby outside Uppsala discovered that a craftsman who was supposed to do work in her home suddenly put on her underwear. The bizarre event was caught on the house's surveillance camera, which led to her immediately alerting the police, Upsala Nya Tidning writes.

The police arrived at the scene after the woman saw the stranger to her in his clothes via the cameras.

She had expected a craftsman that same day, who had also been given access to the home. When the police reached the house, however, the craftsman was not there, but they were able to quickly track him to another location.

— We got hold of him through contact information we received from the home owner, says Magnus Jansson Klarin, the police's press spokesperson.

When the man, who is aged 35, was found, he had changed back into his own clothes and nothing appears to have been stolen from the property.

Despite this, the craftsman is now a suspect for harassment, as there is clear evidence from the surveillance camera documenting the whole thing.

— This is something unusual, and of course an unpleasant experience for the villa owner. You should be able to feel safe in your home, says Magnus Jansson Klarin.

The police do not want to go into details about what work the craftsman did, or where he was found after the incident. The man has not been detained, but the investigation is ongoing.
