The incident, reported by Junge Freiheit, has provoked strong reactions. Police consider the post a crime under section 86a of the German Penal Code, which prohibits symbols and expressions linked to illegal organizations.

The phrase “Alles für Deutschland” (all for Germany) is considered banned in Germany, citing its alleged use by the SA.

The boy, who runs the Tiktok account “deutscher.patriot1161”, defends himself with that he did not know that the expression was forbidden. However, the police considered that he was “mature enough” to understand the seriousness of his actions and carried out a search of the house to secure evidence.

During the raid, both the boy's and his older brother's rooms were searched, where the police confiscated, among other things, a mobile phone and documents.

The family is now considering taking legal action against the authorities. Neither brother has previously appeared in police records.

The police's actions have become part of a wider debate in Germany, where the authorities have increased the number of crackdowns on people who express themselves critically or use prohibited symbols on social media.< /p>

At the same time, proposals to further tighten the punishment for statements that are considered offensive to those in power are being discussed. Germany already has a special law that makes it forbidden to insult politicians.

The incident is reminiscent of a previously high-profile sentence against AFD leader Björn Höcke, who was sentenced to a fine last spring for using the same expression at an event .
