Law & Right. The female court administrator at Attunda District Court who leaked secret information to gang criminals is now sentenced to one year and nine months in prison by the Svea Court of Appeal.

The Court of Appeal does not change the prison sentence for the woman who, on the other hand, is acquitted of the charge of serious breach of confidentiality.
– The convicted woman has used her position as a court administrator at a district court and has abused the special trust that her employment has entailed when she committed the crime, says Court of Appeal advisor Carina Sjögren in a statement.
The woman is convicted of gross data breach, data breach of the normal degree and three counts of breach of confidentiality.
