There has been a malfunction in the banking apps of Volksbank since Friday morning, including those of ASN, RegioBank and SNS Bank. Customers indicate that they cannot log in to the app. It is not yet known what is causing the malfunction and how long it will last.
Customers report on Allestoringen that SNS Bank, ASN Bank and RegioBank are experiencing a malfunction. On social media platform X, the customer service of the first-mentioned bank writes that there are indeed problems with the app and that a solution is being worked on. However, customers can log in to My SNS via the bank's website. It is not clear how this applies to the other two banks.

Update, 3:36 PM – SNS Bank has announced via X that the malfunction with the app has been resolved. The number of fault reports from the other Volksbank banks on Allestoringen has also decreased.
