Logitech introduces wireless Pro X 60 gaming keyboard

Logitech has announced the Pro X 60, the company's first wireless keyboard in a 60 percent size. The Pro X 60 is a compact successor to the G Pro mechanical switches. Logitech said this in a press release. According to the manufacturer, this ensures faster operation. Users can choose between tactile or linear GX switches. Both switches have an actuation point of 1.8mm and a total key travel of 4mm. The operating force is 50g for the linear switches and 60g for the tactile.

The keyboard is available with three connectivity options. It can be used wirelessly via Bluetooth or with Logitech's Lightspeed dongle. The Pro X 60 can also be used wired with a USB-C to USB-C charging cable. The dongle offers a polling rate of 1000Hz. When used wirelessly, the keyboard has a battery life of 65 hours, according to Logitech. It is possible to make additional adjustments via the new Keycontrol tool, such as assigning macro shortcuts. The tool is available in Logitech's G Hub software.

The keyboard can be pre-ordered in the Benelux for 199 euros. Logitech says the first units will ship on April 16.
