Domestic. The police in Sweden have turned down a Danish company that offered ten surveillance cameras to stop the throwing of stones at cars. Svenska Dagbladet reports.

Despite great media attention in Denmark and a great effort on the part of the Swedish police, the stone-throwing continues against Danish cars in Skåne.
One of the victims is a man who went blind in one eye and had his teeth destroyed when a stone went through the windshield.
Danish TV2 draws attention to the fact that a Danish company has offered to set up ten cameras along the E65. But the Swedish police have refused.
– It would be perceived that we benefit individual companies, says Ewa-Gun Westford, press spokesperson at Skåne Police, to TT.
