During the morning, the police blocked off an area around Börringegatan and Bellevuevägen due to “a suspected serious crime” to secure tracks at the site.
The police also knocked on a door in the area. Just before three o'clock in the afternoon, the roadblocks had been lifted.
In the afternoon, the police confirmed that they were investigating a rape and that a woman over the age of 18 had been exposed. The police are looking for a lone perpetrator. No one has yet been arrested for the rape.
The police are looking for witnesses who may have seen people moving in the area at nine o'clock this morning. Any witnesses are asked to call the police on telephone number 114 14.
