Every six hours change on the Wadden sea ebb and flood, and change the landscape. At low tide the water pulls back so far that you can walk for hours on the seabed and in the Sand, all sorts of creatures such as the cotton worm. At the coast kilometre stretch wide beaches and dune landscapes. With the boat to the sand banks where seals and seals to rest, or to the numerous Islands waiting to be explored.

For all the diversity of the area in the southeastern part of the North sea, the Wadden sea, was awarded by the UNESCO in 2009 as a world natural heritage site.
