“T-Mobile stops with MTV Mobile”

T-Mobile is still but with two brands on the Dutch market focus: T-Mobile and Ben. Part of this strategy is that the company the full charge of Am takes over and stops with MTV Mobile.

Ben was already part of T-Mobile and the virtual provider made use of the network of the parent company. Since 2008, when T-Mobile Am back on the market brought, operated as a relatively independent part with, for example, its own customer service. T-Mobile has, however, decided from January 1, 2015, the full charge again, allowing the commercial operation, operational management, and customer service back in the hands of T-Mobile.

At the same time, T-Mobile with Viacom decided to stop by MTV Mobile in the Netherlands. From 1 January there will be no subscriptions. Existing subscriptions will continue and end when the subscription ends. In 2013 took T-Mobile the license for the virtual provider of KPN.

The reason that T-Mobile stopped is that the provider still but with two brands in the Netherlands want to continue: T-Mobile as a ‘premium brand’ and Am for the lower price segment. That leaves the spokesperson of T-Mobile Netherlands, Eric Dekker, to Tweakers know. According to him, should have a new impetus in the telecom market’. Earlier this year, T-Mobile, say goodbye to the virtual provider Simple. A year ago, stopped the group with a wired internet connection.
