Samsung goes lcd-division divestment. Per 1 april is that division a separate company. Last week confirmed Samsung that it considered its lcd division to make it more independent. There were already rumors about the privatisation.
Samsung stops 750 billion won, converted more than 500 million euros in the new company, writes Bloomberg. That is about the same as the loss that Samsung last year on its lcd division and suffering.
