Samsung expects record by high-end smartphones and tv’s

Samsung expects a record and a significant increase in revenue for its last quarter of 2011. It is likely that the positive figures due to the growth of the sales of high-endsmartphones as the Galaxy S II and more expensive tv’s.

Samsung expects a quarterly of between 5 and 5.4 trillion Korean won, converted 3.3 billion and 3.6 billion euros. In the last quarter of 2010 was the gain even at 3 trillion won, or 2 billion euros, and the best quarter so far was the second quarter of 2010, when 5 billion won profit was made. Probably the last quarterly period, at the end of december 2011 thus ended a recordkwartaal.

The sales that Samsung realized in the last quarter is expected to come out at an amount between 46 and 48 trillion Korean won. The final figures will come later. Samsung gives no further details about sales figures and also, it is not specified how, what division is performing, but it is believed that the good sales of high-endsmartphones largely responsible for the positive figures. In particular, the Galaxy S II would sell well. Also with the sale of high-endtelevisies would Samsung do well. These sectors would see the meager results of the business units in which memory and schermpanelen produce compensate.
