Futuremark bring 3DMark-test suite to Android

The Finnish developer Futuremark has released a new version announced of its 3DMark-benchmarksuite, specially for the Android operating system is developed. The software should in the course of next year are available.

The mobile benchmark will consist of cpu, rendering and physics tests, to the entire system-on-a-chip testing. The graphics tests will make use of the OpenGL ES api. The development is probably not yet advanced, as Futuremark calls on manufacturers of Android devices to take part in the Benchmark Development Program, so as to contribute to the development.

3DMark for Android, as the title says, the ability to results publish online and compare. The scoring system is consistent with that of the yet to be released version for Windows 8. As a result, the scores of the Android and pc versions are similar, says Futuremark. When the benchmark is exactly true, it is not yet known. The developer says only that it was somewhere in 2012.
