It seems that the BlackBerry servers with the problems faced. An unknown number of users complaining about problems with internet, but not everyone has the burden. Last month received BlackBerry-maker RIM a lot of criticism after a major disturbance.
On Twitter complains an unknown number of BlackBerry users, including Dutch, since an hour or eight on Wednesday night about non-working internet connections. The users can not browse, ping or other services, use that on the servers of BlackBerry-maker RIM’s back.
RIM let such services internet traffic through its own servers, making users technically have a working internet connection available and yet a large number of applications can’t use it.
Last month problems with the BlackBerry servers with a large, gathered for interference. That there is now more problems, RIM also fierce criticism. A big difference with the previous failure is, however, that a part of the users do not suffer from the interference. The failure of last month was caused by a defective coreswitch.
Update, 21:41: RIM has on Twitter indicated that it is aware of users who complain about ‘delays’. The company is investigating the complaints.
Update, Thursday, 12:31: The interference is over. According to The New York Times, it is unclear how many customers are affected.
