German duel in the semi-finals
While the footballers of VfL Wolfsburg to qualify the whole of scores for the semi-finals of the Champions League, will have title holders FFC Frankfurt trepidation until the end of the catchment in the semi-final round.

Title defenders 1. FFC Frankfurt has trembled to the semi-finals of the Champions League for the women. In the quarter-final return leg in their own stadium Frankfurt won against the Swedish Champions FC Rosengard 5:4 in penalty shoot-out. After the extension, the Swedes had continued the five-time women’s world player Marta with 1:0 (1:0, 1:0) and the

Minute) and Ramona Bachmann (62.).
In the second semi-final, the French team Paris St. Germain and Olympique Lyon. The 1. FFC Frankfurt have won the competition four times already (2002, 2006, 2008, 2015), VfL Wolfsburg twice (2013, 2014).
