– What happens is that the income from postage is drastically reduced and we have a high percentage of fixed costs. Since we do not receive any government support for the postal service, the only remaining solution for us is to raise the postage, says Henrik Ishihara, press spokesperson at Postnord, to Sweden's Radio Ekot.
The postage for sending a letter of no more than 50 grams abroad is increased by SEK 8 to SEK 44.
