Domestic. The armed forces must help the police investigate the hijacked cables in the Baltic Sea.

The armed forces have received a request for support from the police in connection with the criminal investigation into suspected sabotage of underwater cables that has been initiated after the incidents of the last few days.
The navy contributes with ships that will collect data for the police and the prosecutor's investigation.
The vessels have special skills for underwater and diving work and are equipped, among other things, with remotely controlled underwater vehicles.
– We work closely with other Swedish authorities, but also our allies and exchange information with these. The armed forces have a good situational picture of what is moving on the surface around our coasts, says navy chief Johan Norlén in a statement.
The ships were heading towards the area early on Tuesday evening to begin investigations as soon as possible, according to The Armed Forces.
