Early on Wednesday morning Swedish time, Fox News stated that Donald Trump has defeated Kamala Harris in the presidential election.
It was then clear that Trump had won in the important swing states of North Carolina, Georgia and Wisconsin.
Other media then followed suit.
After the announcement, Donald Trump gave a victory speech in which he declared himself the winner of the presidential election.
– This will be America's golden age, he said.
