Domestic. The prosecutor appealed the verdict against the Roma, who took a bill of 82,000 kroner, and wanted to deport the 31-year-old female lead to Slovakia. But now the Court of Appeal rules that she will be allowed to stay in Sweden.

After the attention-grabbing bill at a Restaurant Atmosfär in Malmö, where a party left without to pay for luxurious food and drink, five Roma people have been sentenced in the district court for fraud and other related crimes.
The bill ended up at an incredible 82,000 kroner. Among what was ordered was champagne from the Dom Pérignon brand for SEK 8,300 and large quantities of alcohol – such as 104 hotshots for SEK 100 each.
The prosecutor appealed the sentence and demanded that one of the main characters, a 31-year-old woman, be deported to Slovakia. The district court previously rejected the request for deportation, but prosecutor Henrik Nordquist believes that her criminality and weak connection to Sweden justify deportation, even though she has a child in the country.
– It is an assessment if her criminality is sufficient and what connection she has to Sweden. I believe that she has systematically committed crimes since she arrived here, and therefore does not have sufficient connection. She has a child here, but that's not enough, I think, says prosecutor Henrik Nordquist to Expressen.
Today the verdict came from the Court of Appeal – which also decides not to deport the woman. The court refers to the fact that she has lived in Sweden for more than ten years and is an EEA citizen, and then, according to the judgment, a more serious crime is required for deportation.
The woman's lawyer, Sophia Nottehed, argued that the child's perspective should weigh heavily.
