“Riks” woman takes over the Young Swedes

Denice Westerberg takes over from Emil Eneblad, who is stepping down after two years as chairman. Her main goal is to raise questions about young people's insecurities, especially for young women.

She emphasizes that her time at Riks has given her valuable experience in opinion formation, and she looks forward to continuing to carry the Young Swedes' message before the election 2026.

– I want to step into this new role as a national spokesperson, and not as the girl from Riks. Although it was a good and fun role to have, Denice Westerberg tells Aftonbladet.

She emphasizes that her heart's issue is to increase security for women in society, but she also intends to continue to focus on “tough” male issues such as immigration and crime. Denice Westerberg also wants to highlight the importance of a more traditional family life.
