It was this weekend that Christian Peterson and Nick Alinia visited Borlänge and lectured SD members. The invitation came from the Ungsvenskarna in Borlänge.
«Yesterday I had the great pleasure of giving a lecture to the Sweden Democrats in Dalarna about left-wing extremism and the threat this movement poses,» writes Peterson in a post on his blog.
On social media, Christian Peterson has posted photographs from the lecture, and the incident has created anger and frustration within the left.Several media have questioned the arrangement and requested a distancing from the Ungsvenskarna. However, the Member of Parliament and the chairman of the youth association, Daniel Lönn, defends the choice of lecturer.
— I do not think he is a right-wing extremist and I do not think it has anything to do with the subject. We wanted objective reporting on how he monitors violent left-wing extremism in particular, says Lönn to Ludvika Nya Tidning.
Jonathan Leman at the far-left Expo complains that the SD does not maintain the rightward movement in the same way as before.
— Before, the SD singled out various media, and actors within the far-right milieu as extremists, anti-democrats, fascists and Nazis, says Jonathan Leman to Arbetaren.
During my lecture at the Sweden Democrats in Dalarna, I highlighted, among other things, how the municipality of Gothenburg rents out tax-financed premises to violent left-wing extremists through Golaleh Azad Boulevard. Among these groups are the terrorist organization AFA and the Anarchist Black Cross… pic.twitter.com/SPzQJm5m32
