Foreign. Israel has secured another comprehensive aid package from the US to the value of 8.7 billion dollars – equivalent to 93 billion kroner. This is reported by the Times of Israel.

The huge grant package will support Israel in the state's ongoing war against the people of Gaza and against Hezbollah in Lebanon.
Through the support of the American taxpayers, Israel will be able to maintain a “qualitative military superiority” in the region, Israel's Ministry of Defense announced today according to the Times of Israel.
The package includes $3.5 billion for key purchases during wartime, as well as $5.2 billion for air defense systems such as Iron Dome, David's Sling and an advanced laser system.
