Foreign. Russia has moved 90 percent of its bombers from air bases within range of US ATACMS robots, sources tell the New York Times.

This change comes in light of Ukraine's application to use long-range weapons against targets deep inside Russian territory.
ATACMS, with a range of up to 300 kilometers, has become a central part of discussions about support for Ukraine.
No decision has yet been made public on the use of these weapons, but talks between the British Prime Minister and the US President have focused on this topic.
Ukraine has already used British and French weapons to attack targets on the Russian-annexed Crimean peninsula.
Russia's move of bombers means it will take longer and require more resources to attack Ukrainian targets.
At the same time, experts warn that Russia may need support from allies such as China and Iran to replenish its weapons stockpiles, as the war causes heavy material losses.
