Ebba Busch managed to buy the house for SEK 3.9 million, but when the 81-year-old seller wanted to withdraw from the deal, he was sued by Busch, who won in the district court.

During the partially infected dispute, however, Ebba Busch herself was convicted of gross slander after sitting on the Internet and spreading disparaging information about the other party's legal representative.

Now the KD leader is planning major renovations of the house, which in 2020 was 120 square with four rooms and a kitchen.

According to an architect's drawing read by Aftonbladet, the house will soon contain up to seven rooms in addition to a laundry room, kitchen and hall.

The KD leader plans, among other things, to build to a new dining room and a glass veranda downstairs, as well as several new wooden decks and an upper floor with a new family room.

In addition to the apartment building, a beach house on her lake property will be renovated.

Ebba Busch bought the property for SEK 3.9 million in 2020. What it was actually worth has not been revealed.
