Domestic. Denmark's Minister of Justice Peter Hummelgaard (S) is open to the possibility of introducing border controls towards Sweden. This is in order to prevent criminals from the neighboring country from operating in Denmark.

The minister “does not rule out anything,” not even border controls at the Öresund, he emphasizes in a statement to Danish TV2.
– If the police judge that due to the situation for a shorter or longer period there is a need to use completely new tools, then I absolutely think we should be open to it, says Peter Hummelgaard.
The background to the Minister of Justice's statement is that three “Swedish” teenagers have been charged in the last week for shootings in Denmark, which has created concern about how “Swedish” crime can affect Danish security.
