Foreign. Ukraine says it has stepped up its attacks on Russian targets in recent months, with several new incidents reported over the weekend. A freak Russian attack submarine has reportedly been sunk, according to Ukraine.

Ukrainian drones have hit a Russian air base and oil depots, according to the Ukrainian military.
A Russian attack submarine, the B-237 Rostov-na-Donu which cost the equivalent of 3 billion kroner to build, is also said to have been sunk by Ukrainian forces off the Crimean Peninsula, where Russian air defense systems were also destroyed.
The night of on Saturday, an oil depot was attacked in the Russian border region of Belgorod, according to the region's governor, Vyacheslav Gladkov, on Telegram.
The Ukrainian military is reporting several successful attacks on Russian military installations, marking an escalation of its offensive campaign.
At the same time, five people have been reported dead in Russian drone attacks in the past 24 hours.
Two people were killed when a Russian drone struck a village in the Donetsk region and two more were killed when a residential building in Kharkiv was hit, reports Kyiv Independent with reference to regional authorities.
A fifth person is said to have been killed in the city of Novohrodivka.
