The Pride Festival starts on Monday, lasts all week and ends with a big parade on Saturday.
As usual, basically the entire Swedish establishment participates in the big parade.
The security police recently raised the terror threat level from three to four on a five-point scale. This has led to an extensive security effort by the police during the gay festival.
